You will feel as if you’re staying in the lap of luxury at in Nesfield Mansion. This magnificent country run estate sits on the Welsh hills looking over the Severn Valley. Set on 12 acres of surrounding grounds, guests make their way up the drive and are greeted by the mansion’s splendid front facade. The grounds feature plenty of outdoor space for children to run about in. There’s even a private tennis court and croquet lawn to enjoy a game of ball.

Combine luxury with comfort

The mansion’s size, beautiful interior and setting it hard to beat. It features two large lounge areas, a majestic dining room, a kitchen with large table, a TV room, and games room. The dining room can host up to 50 people it’s the ideal place to host large family gatherings and special occasions.

As soon as you step inside the wood-panelled hall and enter the dining room with its magnificent plasterwork ceiling and large wood burning stove you will feel right at home. There’s also a country style kitchen with an Aga cooker, a children’s playroom which leads into a stunning conservatory. The games room features a large open fireplace with wonderful wood panelling and a full-sized billiards table. You can choose from a selection of different rooms, from big country style to family rooms.

There are 15 stunning large bedrooms featuring spectacular views. The rooms can sleep up to 34 people. There’s also 10 bathrooms, most of them are ensuite. All the bathrooms have big showers and claw foot baths. Quality linens, fluffy towels, robes, and REN skin care products are provided to provide a five-star experience.

Take in the Scenery

Being surrounded by such breathtaking countryside, there’s a lot of outdoor activities from for everyone to enjoy. Take a stroll around the countryside or enjoy the country air. Ideal if you enjoy hiking or going mountain biking. There’s even the option of rally driving and clay shooting. There is also an on-site’s stables where you can enjoy horse rides over the surrounding countryside.

We offer home made welsh cakes on arrival and a hamper of breakfast goodies from the local Welsh Delicatessen. The price includes top quality fresh white linen, soft towels, lovely REN skincare toiletries, bath robes, ready to light fires, firewood, gas for BBQ, Nespresso coffee, superfast wireless broadband (50G) and 24/7 access to a member of staff.

If you would like catering for a celebratory dinner, a private chef, a butler or maid service please do not hesitate to ask. We have a list of local suppliers and can help organise activities, spa treatments, child care, shooting, fishing, or photographers.

Catering & Corkage: The house does not charge corkage. You are free to self-cater or the house will offer you lots of friendly help and lists of local suppliers on request – further costs may apply.

Damage Deposit: £1,000.

Terms: 30% deposit to secure dates, balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Payment method: Bank Transfer Preferred. Credit cards accepted but incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Midweek Bookings: Please ask for details – Shooting parties are offered low season and mid-week.

One night stays: Possible Mon - Thurs

Weddings & Events: Licensed for weddings

Stags / Hens: Accepted at the discretion of the owner

Larger groups: The house can seat up to 60 indoors or larger marquee events up to 160 guests can be accommodated. Prices will depend on your dates and numbers plus requirements, please ask for details.
